HYROX Strong

A strength-focused take on HYROX training that removes the running and cardio machines to zero in on functional strength and muscular endurance. This class emphasizes the strength-based elements of the sport through movements like sled pushes and pulls, wall balls, lunges, carries, lifts, and bodyweight strength work, all performed in HYROX-style formats. Designed to build power, durability, and confidence under fatigue, HYROX Strong helps athletes develop the strength foundation needed to perform better, move more efficiently, and handle race-day demands with greater control.
