HYROX Shred
Designed to challenge both your engine and your strength, HYROX Shred combines functional movements, cardio intervals, weighted exercises, and machine work into one dynamic, high-intensity class experience. Often incorporating partner-based elements, this program creates an energetic, motivating environment that pushes you to work harder and train smarter. Each class is built to improve aerobic fitness, muscular endurance, agility, and lactic threshold while helping you burn calories, build lean muscle, and develop confidence in your performance.
